Listed as one of the top yoga teachers in London (read the article!) I have been a professional yoga teacher for over 10 years. A senior teacher at The Life Centre, teacher trainer and mentor for Yoga Campus, regular teacher at Triyoga and international retreat leader - my yoga teaching has literally brought me around the world. I hold specialty certificates in Pregnancy Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Triyoga Hot.
Currently living in Vienna, I travel regularly to teach in London and the US. Yoga is one of my favourite systems for achieving balance in the body, quiet space in the mind and bringing us to a place of connection with ourselves/our source.
My professional training began in 2003 with Ana Forrest, then at the Esalen Institute. My classes are also influenced by my work with the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method. My main teacher is Judith Hanson Lasater, and I assist her internationally with trainings in Restorative Yoga. My personal practice is guided by the writing of Pema Chodron, a Buddhist nun who teaches meditation.
I like to mix it up and find that the threads of different techniques usually weave together. I work with people, not with theories or dogma. I believe each student can start wherever they are, and that each individual has something to offer the world.
I have also written for Yoga Magazine (Yoga teacher of the month) and Om Exchange.
